There is no simple answer for what to do when your account gets banned. What we can do depends on the following scenarios:

Q: What can I do if my account on the website and in game was banned from the network?


A: To get banned from both the website and the server is pretty hard to do, in order to receive a punishment as severe as this you have to do one of two things. First charge-back a donation to the server, charging-back a donation is when you make a payment then call your credit card company saying that the payment was false, this results in the charge-back fees and the loss of the whole donation. The second thing you can do is get five infractions (warnings) on the website, this is not very common because most people start behaving after their two-week ban.

Q: What can I do if my account was banned for hacking, but I was not actually hacking?


A: It depends on who issued the ban, if the ban was automatic there could be room for error. However, if a staff member banned you there could always be human error, for this reason these bans can be appealed. If your hacking was blatantly obvious such as X-Ray tunnels or fly hacking don't expect to be pardoned.

Q: I was temporarily banned for no reason, what can I do?

A: It depends on who issued the ban, administrators' bans will not be appealed except by the administrator who issued the ban. If a moderator issued the ban you can appeal it but usually by the time your support ticket is handled your ban most likely has expired.

Q: My account was banned, can I have a refund for my donation rank or other purchases?

A: No, because when you made your donation you accepted the "Terms & Conditions" listed on the checkout page.
