Changes to the Support Experience
Hello, I'm writing this to inform you that instead of having multiple areas where users can ask questions, we're going to migrate to using our Q&A category on the forum exclusively from now on. This will not change the functionality of the support ticket system or the FAQ, as this website is better suited for that. We will be using the Q&A category on the forum since it offers us more control and is more actively used, meaning faster response times. I'm going to delete all posts in the community tab here and add relevant answers to the FAQ.
